


Hope I made sense out of all I posted on this! I don't think AT&T has a clue what's going on!Īnd again I guess I will know if my Kyocera is going to quit working or not and will keep everyone posted! and its been saying that for a long time!

Guess we will see!īut a few other things some has mentioned is the I don't know what you mean by "drop to an H or H+" as my phone don't have that on a display anywhere!Īnd also on the updates my phone has software version: 1.005AT.Īnd when I check on a new software update it says "system update not available because an update is in progress". But like I told every CS rep i talked to I was going to be very upset if my Kyocera quit working but they kept saying it would still work!. So I guess I will know in a few days now if my Kyocera will quit working or not!. Even though it had already been returned! I told them to just activate it anyway as that's what I was instructed to do so she did anyway although didn't want to!īut got a email yesterday saying you should have received your new phone by now and we will be activating it soon. Well it came in and I called them and the CS I got said there's no reason to activate the new SIM because I already had the right SIM card in my phone!. The instructions said to call them to activate it!.

So they sent me a prepaid return label to return it and they told me to leave the SIM card that was in it still in it and it will not activate and my Kyocera will continue working!īut they told me they wanted to replace my SIM card (just for giggles I guess!) in my Kyocera so they next day aired me one!. So called them immediately and they said I should not have received one as my Kyocera will still work!. I did receive one of there cheap 4G AT&T phones about 2 weeks ago now and in it stated that if I didn't activate it within 2-weeks they would activate it for me!. Well I have still been on the phone with AT&T many times since my original post and was told several times my Kyocera Dura XE is a 4G LTE and all the setting are right and will keep working after the 3G shutdown and they would not be sending me a new phone as there messaging kept sending me that it was on the way!
